| Driver's License | CDL (Commercial Driver License) or CLP (Commercial Learner's Permit) if relevant, or a usual driver's license if you apply to drive a car. |
| Background check | Any background check documents that are required across the US. |
| Motor Vehicle Record(s) (MVR) | Your motor vehicle records. For CLP/CDL drivers, your proof of medical certification must be shown on the MVR. |
| Road test/certificate | Road test/certificate less than 3 years old, or photocopy of a CDL accepted in lieu of road test. |
