What is an active contact?

Depending on your plan, you will have limits for the number of active requests you can have during a specific month.

Can I upgrade, cancel or downgrade my plan?

Yes, you can change your plan at any time. When upgrading, we’ll prorate the remaining days in your billing cycle. When downgrading, changes take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

 

How does the 7-day trial work?

You get full access to all features of your selected plan for 7 days. A credit card is required to start, but you can cancel anytime during the trial period without being charged.

 

What happens if I exceed my active contacts limit?

If you exceed your limit, we’ll notify you and provide options to upgrade. Your service won’t be interrupted, but we’ll work with you to find the right plan for your needs.
